Order Processing

All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before they are shipped. Processing times may be longer during holidays or periods of high order volume.

Estimated delivery times after production are:

United States: 2–8 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by weather, shipping carriers, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the items ordered and the delivery destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. Once an order has entered production or has shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to help locate your order. While we will do our best to assist, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
